So when I tell you that I am going to tell you the only tried and true weight loss method, be confident clicking continue because I'm not going to be trying to sell you something as much as I am going to tell you the truth about weight loss.
And the truth is that there is only one way to lose weight. And I'm going to tell you right now.
Ok, so I'm a little bit of a jokester here but I'm speaking the truth. The truth is that no one can lose 200 pounds without losing them one at a time. Sure, you might lose 10 pounds in a week, but the way you do it is by losing them one by one.
When you're morbidly obese or severely overweight, the idea of losing 50, 60, 100, even 200 pounds can sound daunting. Likewise, it seems like those last 5 or 10 pounds are impossible to lose. But whether you weight 400 or 201, the idea of losing 1 pound doesn't sound impossible. It's completely manageable. Anybody can lose 1 pound.
The art comes in consistency. In losing one pound 50 or 100 or however many times you need to. I wanted to pass on this advice to anyone feeling overwhelmed by the road of weight loss ahead.
Do it the same way you would eat an elephant: one bite at a time.
